Question: I see five in here not 7... Am I missing something???
Answer: The Ingredients list all 7: Royal sun Blazei (Agaricus brasiliensis f. blazei) mycelium, Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) mycelium, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum s.l.) mycelium, Maitake (Grifola frondosa) mycelium, Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mycelium, Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) mycelium, Mesima (Phelinus linteus) mycelium -
Question: Are these grown on wood just like they would grow in nature? And chemicals are never used in farming them?

Question: Why isn't there a vitamin D section on the supplements facts section ?
Answer: Please explain the question ? Are you speaking about Stamets 7 or about article facts on D3 D3 is an important supplement with important factors for using it. An important factor in studies is how necessary D3 is for the brain. The results of research found if we are low on D3 the brain is seriously compromised. One scientist even stated the brain is doomed if it is too low! Mushrooms are valuable to our health and are full of different substance such as beta glucans. There are charts with listings of health problems that list 5 of the most popular mushrooms and list what problems the mushrooms help with. One from a Dr in Australia that is excellent. Called SYMPTOMS CHART by Dr Alla I do know that mushrooms have D2 in most of them, however D3 in oil is the one that research has proven it's value. Dry D3 does not assimilate well in the gut where it is taken up. It needs to be in oil caplets or drops. This is in all research studies!! I will tell you my opinion on stamets 7 -- it is excellent. I have watched my husband grow stronger taking it. Important is this stack of 7, my insight, not mentioned in their literature, is the work they do in clearing atherosclerosis on the endothelial of the blood vessels creating better blood flow and the study of cordyceps enhances stem cells thus lengthening telomeres which increases our health and longevity according to research! Lions Mane increases healthy brain cells and cognitive ability. Theses are research studies as well as clinical subjective testimonies. On a personal subjective report, I with my husband, we are senior citizens that have increased our health greatly. We do not run, but we walk prissy!😸 Stacking mushroom like Stamets 7 that has 7 mushrooms has tremendous health values. But I must say on a long term continuous usage you will grow stronger and healthier. Not instant but we do not go to bed fat and wake up skinny so as to any natural great program time is the most important factor to work to your best of health! -
