      Answer: It did for me. I got scared when i felt with finger a little ball inside the rectum. I was thinking the worse (rectal cancer) because i could feel it. But my doctor examined and confirmed it was internal thrombosed hemorrhoid. I used the ointment and the suppositories. Thankfully it healed and went away after a few weeks. So it does treat them. If its inisde (internal) I recommend the suppositories twice a day one in am and one in pm.

    This does help some but for exceptional relief I went with my Doctor's recommended over the counter RectiCare Advanced Hemorrhoidal Cream. That worked quicker for me.
