    WellPath Solutions Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
    These gummies are a great alternative to a spoonful apple cider vinegar. They have a pleasant taste and are easy to chew. My hope in adding these to my diet was to see a small reduction in my body fat. So I decided to eat these gummies before meals, breakfast and dinner, for 30 days and see what happens. Unfortunately I'm not able to get regular exercise at a high enough level or long period of time to burn off excess fat. Please note that I am also counting calories, eating less fat, and eating smaller portions. What I found eating these gummies was that I felt fuller after meals. Which kept me from having snacks in between. To my surprise I saw a marked reduction in my weight even though the most stressful workout I can do is walk. I have to stress that you may not see the same results as I did. Any fad diet will fail. There's no substitute for adjusting how much you eat, counting calories, eating healthier food, reducing fat intake, getting some form of exercise and will power.

    OK for now, I'll decide later if I'll get these again
    So far, these ACV gummies are "OK". They don't seem to curb my appetite with one dose as another brand, however, they don't have added vitamin b-12, which alot of ACV gummies do. I can't take b-12, as it causes kidney distress for the smaller of my two kidneys. If warranted, I'll update my review at a later date if they do end up working (appetite suppressant), as I had hoped. Taste isn't that great, but didn't expect much from an ACV infused product.
