    • Question: What is the extract ratio? Is it 5:1 or what?

      Answer: I only use about a quarter of a teaspoon and I mix it with some hot coffee just a tiny bit like a quarter cup just to dissolve it and drink it down real quick the first night I took it not only did I remember all of my dreams but I couldn’t remember things that I’ve never seen before like smells and tastes and things like that it was more real.

    No Fillers! Just Lion's Mane
    I mix Lion's Mane powder & the 7/Longevity Blend in my coffee. I Love this brand bcuz there is No fillers like rice. It blends well & really helps with my mood. Would recommend.

    Nerve growth factor is great.
    Tastes okay in coffee as the black coffee masks flavor, itself it's pretty bad flavor, but definitely use coffee. "Consumption or supplementation of Lion's mane is reported to increase nerve growth factor (NGF). Lion's mane contains hericenones (derived from the fruiting body of the mushroom) and erinacines" "Research has found that lion's mane may protect against dementia, reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage. It also has strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-boosting abilities and been shown to lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, ulcers and diabetes in animals" "Nerve growth factor (NGF) is an insulin-like protein, which regulates growth, development and maintenance of sympathetic and embryonic sensory neurons" -from Google.

    This stuff is great
    This is my first time trying Lion’s Mane and I’m glad I tried this product first because it works. My acupuncturist recommended I try this kind of mushroom powder to help with inflammation and brain fog due to my psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have been taking a bit over 1/8 teaspoon a day as the package recommends and for the past few days I have a lot more energy, am alert and feeling much more calm. My inflammation throughout my body has improved greatly. I cannot believe how great this stuff is. I have tried many other things with some results but this has been the best so far. It’s not just for your brain. Take a look at Google to find all the great benefits of this stuff and buy this product. It’s much less expensive than other brands and high quality. Totally worth buying and taking.
