    • Question: I’m confused about the sizing. is slim only for first time users? most menstrual cups have an a and b size.

      Answer: I’ve given birth to Twins naturally (19 years ago) and the slim fits just fine for me. Anything larger would be uncomfortable. Any time you order a cup, double check that their sizing isn’t just ‘inside size’ but that it’s measuring the amount of bleeding you have. Often cups are sized by your coverage needs 😊
    • Question: What are the measurements of the cup?

      Answer: The Slim Fit FLEX Cup has a capacity of 22mL, a width of 43mm, and cup length of 46mm. The Full Fit FLEX Cup has a capacity of 30mL, a width of 46mm, and cup length of 53mm.
    • Question: Can you feel the stem when you wear it?

      Answer: Some will feel it and others won’t notice. Depends on how we are ‘designed’ 💕 ... I personally don’t notice it when I’m on my M-cycle. The stem is perfect for me as I can always retrieve my cup no matter if my cup shifts up high on me when I’m sleeping or active during the day. I think it’s fabulous. But that’s me :)
    • Question: I already have one, i love it. the string or tab came out & it’s started to leak. it’s never happened to me before. does anyone know what i should do?

      Answer: I wish I could be more helpful but I found the cup to be quite flimsy.
    • Question: Why are the only reviews for the slim? I want to see reviews for the full size cup!

      Answer: Probably because most people want to try out a smaller size and see how it feels and works. No point in going bigger if a small works. Besides, they both function the same, this question is like, “why did everyone review a size 7 shoe, I want to see the size 10 review”
    • Question: Does it hurt to remove when using the pull string?

      Answer: Not at all! If anything it just feels funny cause the string is breaking the suction the cup has inside your body. I’d say it’s the same sensation you get taking out a tampon, if you’ve used tampons before.
    • Question: Is the fit similar to the flex discs? I love the discs but would like the reusable cup

      Answer: The Cup (no plastic bag) will fill your area as you can imagine. The disk (can be referred to as a cup as well) has the plastic bag and that goes much deeper inside because of where it needs to sit. It’s not filling your whole area (I hope that made sense.. I’m trying to be so careful with my review). I personally think if anyone can get the hang of a disk, a cup will be a piece of cake. But, they are two different styles. They fit differently. I LOVE this cup!! I don’t notice it when I’m wearing it at all. The idea of reusing instead of tossing in the trash ... I just like that 😊 I hope you enjoy the cup if you get one. Give yourself some grace if it takes you a bit to get use to.
    • Question: What is the material made out of? Is is bpa free etc?

    I have been converted
    After years of my bestie trying to convince me to make the switch, I finally took the plunge and I am never going back. Let me start off by saying I bought this because I was going on a beach vacation and as my luck would have it, my period was on track to start the day before I left. Spoiler alert: my period came. I refused to let it stop me from going into the ocean, so I bought this cup. Let me say, it was surprisingly easy to use and get the hang of. I had ZERO spotting or accidents, even for the first time, and it was perfect for my ocean frolicking. It is easy to clean and the little finger pull tab is so helpful, especially for beginners. I was hardcore organic menstrual product user and I will not be going back. I know these things may seem scary, believe me. I was nervous about them, too. I promise it is not bad or uncomfortable, I have converted and I am not regretful at all. I can't feel it at all and since I can't feel it, I don't even think about it like I used to with tampons or pads. Do it, you won't regret it.

    Easy!
    Flex is very easy to make things less complicated during that time of the month. I had surgery whoch limited my movement and so this was very helpful and useful and easy to use. And of course easy to keep clean!

    Well that was easy....
    Great packaging and great product! Simple, clean, and easy to use. By the end of day one, I forgot it was there! I'm NEVER going back to pads and tampons.

    I only tried it once. Sample discs that came with it, much better than cup.
    This is the first reusable product I attempted to try. I am 50 and never have given birth. I opted to try it thinking the "pull cord" would help with more comfortable removal. I will not get into graphic detail but it reminded me of a toilet plunger and I could not get it to go in. Thankfully it came with samples of disposable discs... I tried this next and was much better. I ended up purchasing the reusabe version of them and love it. I dont think you can return this type of thing (at least I would hope not!!).

    Waited too long to see the light!
    I bought this after my friend was shocked I still used and hated tampons. It works amazing and isn't uncomfortable. I have less cramps as well. Love it. I will never go back to tampons.
