Question: Can this be used by kids 11 years or older OR do you have a similar product for kids?
Answer: Thank you for your question. We are working on a kids option we may have one available soon we will update this section once we do. The existing mouth piece may fit an 11 year old's mouth but this will be based on the size of their mouth. -
Question: I had mine in the charger for the first time since i have used it and it still hasn’t charged. it is dry and on the stand. what do i do?
Answer: The charger for the ultrasonic toothbrush always first make sure your toothbrush is dry before charging. You will notice the ultrasonic charging base has 4 points on it and the ultrasonic toothbrush has two, if you do not slot it in correctly or it is off center it will not connect and charging wont start. Once you have the two elements touching the ultrasonic toothbrush will start lighting up and it will begin to pulse on and off. Before connecting the ultrasonic toothbrush to the charging unit make sure the light on the base is on and everything is dry. Question: Unable to see four modes on ultrasonic toothbrush. it has two. one for turning on and second one for off. something is missing in electric toothbrush?

Long press on and long press off. Many people assume this is a toothbrush to replace normal teeth brushing. We would like to reconfirm this will not replace your brushing. It will enhance. We suggest you first brush your teeth and then use this device with the whitening gel and foam toothpaste. The gel will whiten your teeth and the foam toothpaste has active ingredients including enzymes which help get rid of germs. The vibration works on a deeper level to release deep set plaque and reach between the teeth to hard to reach places. It helps massage the gums and will help to prevent gum issues. This is particularly helpful for older people or people with disabilities. If you care about all round mouth health this is the toothbrush for you. The black light technology is very advanced and only if you use on a regular basis will you see the difference. You will find less mouth ulcers or quick recovery, less infection in the mouth and brighter teeth, healthier gums and teeth. The first step to healthy teeth is healthy gums, if you don't know this, you will as you get older. Please take the time to understand this. Answer: I know there was a hijacker on this listing selling inferior products so you may have got one of those. Mine works perfectly. I have had mine for over 2 years without issues. -
Question: Does this replace actual brishing your teeth with a toothbrush or is this annadditon to?
