    • Question: Does this have creatine, if not can mix creatine with it?

      Answer: No creatine but safe to add as long as you increase water intake and know how much to take. Do research, creatine can be more harm than good if done wrong.
    • Question: Is it third party tested for efficacy and heavy metals? NSF certified?

      Answer: Our manufacturer is cGMP, NSF and BRC certified. In addition, GHOST tests every single product batch for other quality concerns (including meeting/exceeding label claim). All products are third-party tested as well!
    • Question: Can I mix this with Greek yogurt and eat as a sweet treat?

      Answer: Yes but keep in mind you must consume more than ample water for the supplements to be efficient. I personally find that protein powders in super cold milk more than satisfy sweet tooths.
    • Question: How much caffeine does this contain per serving?

      Answer: It doesn’t contain caffein
    • Question: The description says “Zero proprietary supplements” but also says it contains Aquamin, which is a proprietary supplement. Which is the lie?

      Answer: What you’re talking about is the “proprietary blends” which is when companies would throw a bunch of ingredients in and not disclose how much of what is in their supplements. Ghost does not use “proprietary blends” but does use “proprietary ingredients” such as Astragin for hydration. The difference is that it is fully disclosed on how much is in the serving.
    • Question: Does this product have sucralose as an ingredient?

      Answer: Yes it do

    LOVE! So yummy
    The media could not be loaded.  If you like pina colada or tropical flavors you will like it to! But you have to enjoy coconut! It tastes just like Sonics drink. Follow the proper amount of water to add, you want to stay hydrated but over diluting can change the flavor. I don’t notice an aftertaste with this. When I tried the welches grape it didn’t dissolve as well and had an aftertaste when it wasn’t concentrated/over diluted. Blue raspberry sour patch is probably my favorite but that’s in the BCAA line not AMINOS. I love this company’s products!

    First off the container is almost filled to the top where most bcaas containers are only halfway or a quarter filled. The grape flavor tastes so frieking delicious and I normally don’t like grape.

    Tastes actually like sonic limeade!
    I’m a bit surprised they actually nailed the flavor on this one. I only do one scoop as it packs plenty of flavor. I don’t use it that often but when I don’t want to drink water during a workout I drink this.

    Very good
    This product does as intended. I’ve been using Ghost BCAAs for about 4 years now. All the flavors are memorable- with most being somewhat sour tasting. If you’re not into that sour taste then go with a non flavored one. Mix one scoop of this with 12oz of water about an hour before the gym with a small meal and you’ll have a fantastic workout with quicker recovery. I usually am sore anyways but this helps mitigate my soreness by a good portion and keeps my muscles fueled for the workout (assuming I drink plenty of water throughout the day as well)

    Works and tastes great!
    Been working out 3 years and added regular weight training for the last 4 months. My recovery and results have really improved taking this pre workout. I can continue to push myself 4-5 days a week and slowly increase my weights or improve my alignment without needing long recovery days. Life changing and life improving! Highly recommend for vegans working out regularly.
