Question: Does the container come with an oxygen absorber pack? I don't want it to be degraded before I finish it
Answer: Hello, Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We are currently not using the oxygen absorber packets. We will consider adding these in the future. In the past – we had customers raise concerns over the packets being in the powder. The packets are very important in products that are in resealable pouches – because the seal on the pouches allow oxygen in. But our lid is very secure. You can also place the powder in the fridge after opening. This always helps maintain maximum freshness. I hope this answers your question. Question: How are the cell walls broken? And what type of chlorella is this?
Answer: Our Chlorella has a uniquely bigger cells that results in a weak cell wall. This is due to he Chlorella being sun grown, a majority of other chlorella's are grown within closed tanks - never receiving any natural sunlight - this growing process makes other cell walls more rigid. The cell walls are cracked during processing using centrifuging & spray drying of the Chlorella culture. This helps us to avoid harsh mechanical cracking that alters the bioavailability and stability of the Chlorella. -

The cell walls are cracked during regular processing, centrifuging and spray drying, of the organic chlorella culture. Question: Is this grown in a man made environment or a wild environment?
Answer: It is grown in controlled man-made ponds outdoors. Chlorella cannot be safely grown and harvested in the wild. The algae has a propensity to gobble up heavy metals or other environmental toxins. It needs to be grown in a controlled environment. -
Question: Have you tested your product for aluminum or other heavy metals?
Answer: This chlorella is actually grew and produced by "Parry Nutraceuticals", an Indian business-to-business company. You do realize Aluminum is usually not to be considered "heavy metals" right? if you consider Aluminum to be heavy metals than so does Zinc. I have requested a third party lab test result of their chlorella. The test didn't really test for Aluminum, however the mercury/arsenic/chromium/ lead levels are very low, Lead is 10 times lower than most standards and all other 3 are almost 100x lower. However the copper content in Parry Chlorella is quite high (when compare to the Zinc content in this product) so it's somewhat worrisome. That has been said, the overall quality of Parry Organic Chlorella is exceptional. You never know what happens after Parry sells their product to "Triquetra Health" though, they might add some. -

The farm spreads over 130 acres with a clean source of groundwater and the conducive environment of 86°F to 102°F (30°C to 39°C) temperatures, low rainfall, low humidity, and abundant sunlight throughout the year that provides a thriving atmosphere for optimal growth.
