Answer: The device uses 4 AAA batteries which are included in the package. -
Question: What is the wrist monitor fit range?
Answer: The wrist monitor fits adult wrists 5.5” – 7.6”. If your wrist is outside this range, it may be necessary to use an arm style monitor. -
Question: Does the device have multi-language support?
Answer: Yes, the device has three language settings – English, Spanish or French – with volume control and user ability to turn announcements off. -
Question: How do you erase the memory?
Answer: I don’t know off hand but if you have the pamphlets that came with it, it should tell how to reset the memory for each person. -

Answer: Yes it can be turned off. -
Question: Tried everything to get the battery compartment to open. Will not open.
Answer: You did not try everything, On the bottom LEFT push the door to the left. Simple. -
Question: Why can’t I return it when it says you can?
Answer: As far as I know you can return it in the time it gives you but after that it’s too late to return it. -
Question: How high will this monitor measure systolic and diastolic pressures?
Answer: Systolic 180 Diastolic 110. -
Question: Does this have a backlight?
Answer: No, it doesn't, but it is a great monitor, very accurate. -
Question: My mother is visually impaired, can this cuff “speak” and tell her what her B/P is?
Answer: Absolutely will give you verbally all the readings. The best cuff I have ever used. -
Question: Does this come with a charger?
Answer: It uses batteries to run. Just replace when needed. Mine will run a few months before I need to replace of course depending how much you use it.
