Question: Will it damage the enamel of the tooth?
Answer: I'm not a dentist and cannot confirm damage to tooth enamel? But, the brush is soft and it has several settings that are for cleaning, soft for sensitive teeth, massage for the gums, and a setting for whitening. I have been using mine for 4 months or so. When I first got it I was not sure what to expect, the speed of the vibrations are very fast and I find I have to make sure that the back of the brush does not make contact with my teeth while I am brushing as this vibration can be quite jarring. But, now that I have been using the brush for a time, I have learned how to avoid this contact with my teeth and really like the feel of my teeth after I brush. Another feature I like about it is it times your brushing in 4, 30 second cycles and pauses for a split second in between cycles to let you know when to change brushing areas. I never have to doubt if I am getting in 2 minutes of brushing. The rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time. Since I bought it I have only had to put it on the charger twice in 4 months and that is brushing twice a day. If it were fully charged you could take it with you on vacation for a month never have to worry about charging it. I really like mine and would recommend it, you just have to get used to the feel of the vibrations. -
Question: how do you charge this tooth brush? I’m trying to give it its first charge and it won’t budge!
Answer: The toothbrush must be charged for 24hrs after you open the box and you will see the battery indicator to light up yellow and it will turn green when it's ready to use. If you did not see the battery indicator lighting up when you charged it then it must be a manufacturer's defect and needs to be return. Hope this will help you. -
Question: Are the toothbrushes standard size
Answer: No to me I think they are a little smaller on the brush but to me they do good work -
Question: Does the brush just vibrate? My previous brand had brittles that moved back/forth & rotated which is what I prefer vs just vibrating
Answer: They're sonic vibrations. Not like cheap store brands. These are like Sonicare toothbrushes at reasonable prices. Great toothbrushes! -
Question: How long does it vibrate for when you turn it on?
Answer: Exactly 2 minutes in total. It goes into 4 30second intervals with a very slight pause in-between. This serves to indicate time spent and how much time remain -
Question: When l initially charged the battery it only took 15 minutes to fully charge do I have to keep charging it for 24 hours?
Answer: Yes, it charges quickly but for long use, I charge the toothbrush at least 12 hours. -
Question: Is the charcoal metallic color toothbrush grey?
Answer: Yes, it is a like a stainless steel grey. It's really nice for a man. The white one is totally Apple looking, and rose gold is also very pretty. I purchased all of the different colours for every one in my family so they don't get confused. I have the black one. They are great toothbrushes. They keep they charge for a really long time and they are a great value.
