- Applicable models: HX6300 HX6500 HX6700 HX6900 HX8900 HX9100 and HX9300 series. Connecting rod replacement parts are generally interchangeable. For example, if these parts are compatible with the HX9340, they should fit all HX9300 series models, such as the HX9350, HX9360, HX9370, etc. The exact HX number is marked on the underside of the toothbrush handle.
- How do I know if I need to replace the metal shaft portion of my toothbrush? The metal shaft (vibrating tip) is covered by a rubber seal. In most cases, if this part comes off easily from the base or when you feel a bad vibration while brushing, or if the brush head seems to come loose and can't rotate properly, the metal shaft connector block may need to be replaced.

Answer: Dear customer For all HX93series (also for HX63,65,67,69,89,91series), and HX939W belongs to this series, you will need to order regular metal shaft without the sensor wire, please search for Asin: B07RD9RZ2T for the set (metal shaft + rubber seal), rubber seal plays vital role to protect internal part of the toothbrush, aged and cracked rubber seal will cause water seeping into the handle and further to damage the motor and battery causes irrepairable damage. or search for Asin: B07GDH2RB8 (metal shaft only). Question: Will the shaft and seal work on a hx992b toothbrush if i use different heads?
Answer: I think it will work! It worked on my 9372/04 toothbrush like a charm! If it uses the same toothbrush heads, which I think most do, I bet it would fit! -
