Question: Do I need to use gel???
Answer: No gel, just use a little water to wash the pads & they are reusable. -
Question: Can you run different programs on each channel? For example neck on channel one and back on channel 2?
Answer: No the intensity can be adjusted but u can run random channel to have the different impu -
Question: Can the rechargeable battery be replaced? And, what are the intensity levels in milliamps?
Answer: I've had a cheaper TENS unit for 10yrs, used it lots, and the built-in battery is just now starting to go bad. Only had to buy 1 package of replacement pads in 10 yrs. -
Question: Pad attached to the cord. Does the cord attach to the main unit? If so isn’t this awkward to wear. Please helpaa
Answer: Please know that the cord needs to be plugged in the main unit and place electrode pads on skin. We recommend using this unit at home or anywhere you could relax yourself to avoid awkwardness. -
Question: Is there clips & how much time can you program
Answer: No clips...can set to 20,30,40,50, or 60 min -
Question: What size are the four channel jacks on the unit itself? 2.35mm? NOT the pin connector size.

Answer: Yes, all 4 can be used. Not getting tangled In the 4 wires can be a challenge though. -
Question: Do you remove the protective film from the electrode pads or do you leave them on? Thank you
Answer: You have to remove the film to get the electrodes on your skin -
Question: I have tried and tried and only one pad out of the two will only work. I've changed wires I have changed pads and still only one pad will work. Why?
Answer: It sounds like the problem is with the Tens unit not the wiring or the pads. I would return it for a replacement -
Question: Do pads/gel surface contain any animal by product?
Answer: The electrotherapy TENS Unit pads are FDA Cleared for OTC use. Not contain any animal by product.
