Question: what are the fruits & vegetables included?
Answer: It is NOT a cheap plastic bottle. It is amber colored glass. All it should be is iron. I get my fruits and vegetables from whole foods! This iron supplement helped me get rid of a esophageal web which is a membrane that grows in your throat and can make you choke on food. It is caused by lack of iron. I used to actually choke on tiny pieces of food. After taking this iron spplement for about a week the web was gone and I could eat anything without choking. The web was gone. GREAT product! -

Answer: Believe it or not, I had one go bad. It gets very cloudy almost like bad coffee with curled milk in it. As gross as that is. -

Question: This product stained my bottom teeth. even after discontinued use & whitening treatments. how can i make the gray teeth go away? please help!
Answer: Try using a little baking soda when you brush your teeth along with your toothpaste. Baking soda removes stains on teeth and it is a natural stain remover, and will not hurt your teeth. you can also use arm and hammer... "Arm and Hammer Advance White Extreme Whitening Toothpaste" along with arm and hammer baking soda. both of these are much much cheaper than dental treatments...and the baking soda is a natural product, and they do work. -
Question: Is anyone that purchased this having trouble with the dropper and does your dropper have an eye shaped hole on the top of the rubber cap?

Question: Where is the data to support the claim that it absorbs 4x better than all other irons? You can't just make a claim without supporting data.
Answer: Well, I can confirm that this liquid iron is the best iron supplement that I have ever used. Out of all the iron supplements, I would declare hands down this is the best! I have NEVER had a problem with it. No digestion problems. No constipation ever. And I have used this for about 2 or 3 years. I do believe that this is a very pure form of iron as it is stated...it smells and taste like nails/iron. after about a week of low iron my hands start to turn a lovely shade of pink/red as they should be. I begin to feel better., with more energy, and pep. I love it. This is ALL that I buy. This is the ONLY iron supplement that I will ever buy as I do not think there is anything better or more pure than the Triquetra Brand of liquid Ionic iron. It cost...but believe me ...this brand of iron is worth every penny. It's expensive...but I'm worth it! Plus I achieve this healthy blood nourishment...with just five drops of the iron a day with water about 4-7ozs water. And I would say yes that this iron absorbs more and better than the other irons supplements...without side effects because it is absorbed in the stomach which is where it should be, and not in the intestines. the price s worth it because I get about 235 doses, that's a steal for the price. Try it ....you'll be VERY glad that you did. No nausea, no constipation, nothing but healthy blood and pure energy! And if you've ever cooked with an iron skillet (I do...so I know exactly what pure iron smells like) then...you will not mind the taste of this Iron supplement...because that's just what this iron supplement smells and tastes like...pure Iron, which is something I have never experienced before with any type of iron supplements. Answer: Hi, Each droplet contains 2 mg of iron. If there are specific guidelines provided by your health care professionals you can simply adjust the number of drops to the advised dosage. We generally recommend 2 droplets for childrens 2 to 3 and, 3 droplets for children 4 and older.
