Question: Does this come with a case?
Answer: The Pro40 does not come with a case. The W500 models comes with a satin pouch. The original discontinued W100 came with a hard carrying case. We hope this helps. -
Question: Is it waterproof or not? womanizer faq says "no, the device is only splash proof, not waterproof."
Answer: The PRO40 is 100% WATERPROOF IPX7 - ALSO WORKS UNDERWATER as stated by the manufactuter. The FAQ answer is probably referring to their other models which are not waterproof. -
Question: Is it loud?
Answer: It is not particularly loud but you do hear a fluttering type sound when it's on; it is a bit louder on the higher settings. Though, I hardly need to go beyond the 3rd setting so it's not an issue for me. However, once placed directly on your body, the sound is muted. I think it it's fairly quiet compared to your average vibrators. -
Question: Has anyone had a problem charging the unit...mine flashes green, plug in...then it turns solid green. I unplug, turn it on and it's red!
Answer: Great question! It's supposed to turn red when in use. When it starts blinking red it is time for a re-charge.
