Question: Can I purchase an additional set of ice packs?
Answer: As far as I can tell they do not make replacement packs. I have been searching for them myself for future use. -
Question: what are the dimensions of the gel packs?
Answer: there are 3 long ones: 8"x3" and 1 small one (for the forehead): 3.5"x2.5" -
Question: can i use this gel pack for heat for a migrain or is it only to use cold?
Answer: It’s just for cold -
Question: How long do the ice pack last before warming up?
Answer: Depends on how cold you need it. I usually wear it as designed, then turn so a side panel is on my forehead, then turn it inside out, getting up to 45+ minutes total. If I just wear it as designed, I notice the forehead losing effectiveness after about 20 min. I often need cold for much longer, so then switch to other cold packs. This is really easy to use, though. -
Question: are replacement paks available to purchase so I can switch out when they get warm?
Answer: As far as I can tell they do not make replacement packs. I have been searching for them myself as I have the same issue. -
Question: Where are the ice pack located?
Answer: Two of the long ice packs goes along the sides, at the base of the cap, the short one goes in front of the cap, and the other long one goes at the top of the cap (all placed the internal pockets). -
Question: Is there ice pak on top of hat
Answer: Yes, it goes from the back if the head up to the forehead -
Question: Will these cover my ears?
Answer: Yes, the hat does go over my ears. I can flip the edge up if I don't want my ears to get cold. I hope that helps. -
Question: Is this washer and dryer safe?
Answer: I don’t know? I might just hand wash and air dry. -
Question: Has anyone used this for chemo for your hair?
Answer: I did. I got headaches after chemo and had a hot scalp. It helped me. That’s why I bought the cap.
