Question: Does it turn off automatic?
Answer: The heating pads are equipped with Overheat Protection thermostats and 30-minutes auto shut off function to ensure safe use. -
Question: Can you adjust heat setting?
Answer: I just received mine today. To adjust the heat settings press the heat symbol on the front of the vest. The light has a red glow for the highest setting, press it again and the light glows a yellowish amber color-that is the lowest setting, and to turn the heat completely off press the heat symbol button once more, and the heat will be off completely. -
Question: I am a male that weighs 220 pounds will this pad fit me or what size a should use. And does it comes with a car outlet ?
Answer: No car adapter included. The straps are stretchy. -
Question: Does it heat up back of neck and front of shoulders
Answer: It heated up the neck but didn’t feel the heat in front of the shoulders. -
Question: Are there any magnets in the vibration part
Answer: Based on the brochure that came in the package, I would say the only magnets are in the front of the vest to hold it closed. There are no "pacemaker warnings" in the literature. HOWEVER - this is an very important question, and an answer from the manufacturer is the only real assurance. Please get an answer from them, in order to avoid any kind of medical issues! -
