    This is a great product. There is literally no taste when added to your morning coffee. My husband and I both use and love these amazing mushrooms.

    Does it work?
    it's ok. been using it and Stamets seven for a year now and still alive and well. the only thing though is that i don't notice my getting any younger.

    My go to mushroom supplement
    Lion’s mane (1.5 g), reishi, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon… Tastes great in coffee, mixed in plain greek yoghurt, as a dry rub for chicken.. Very effective supplement. Utilizes the mycelium for its superior benefits. Made by a Paul Stamets!

    Invest in knowledge of your health, then adapt appropriately.
    Overall health. Love Paul's knowledge, research, lectures and trust his ethics. Cancer survivor. I take this and Turkey Tail and Lion's Mane extra to feel proactive and protected. My mindset feels comforted by the science. Worst part is ingesting daily. A bit grainy. I put about 1/2 an inch juice then drop my medicine on top, add a bit more juice, swirl and swallow. Repeat the addition of liquids and swirling till fully taken. Good health to us all.

    Absolutely love host defense!
    Absolutely love host defense and would not think of using another brand. We love this blend because of the added benefits of turmeric and ginseng. We use it in our coffee in the mornings and always make sure it add water at the end of our cup to finish off the mushrooms. After all that’s the good stuff. We have noticed a big difference in our cognitive abilities and feel like it has also helped our overall moods. We have now shared our blend with a few family members and friends. Highly recommended!!
