Question: The device and phone keeps disconnecting. Any recommendations?
Answer: Dear Customer, Please note that Magic Motion devices do not sync nor pair directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone but through the Magic Motion app. FOLLOW the steps IN the the App to connect device. For iPhone with iOS version 13 or higher, please make sure the switch of [Setting->Privacy->Bluetooth-> Magic Motion] is ON. For Android Phone, such as Samsung , Please Ensure Location Services are on. Bluetooth connections on Android currently require Location Services to be enabled. Please follow the guide when you install Magic Motion APP otherwise you should check your system settings. If you have Bluetooth turned on and are still unable to connect to the device then try closing the app completely and restarting it. Once it restarts, attempt to connect IN the APP again. If you still cannot connect to the device, please contact our customer service. We will be sure to solve your problem. -
