Answer: Are you plugging it in all the way ? There is resistence you have to push thru to fully plug in the LuLu ..... Mine definitely does not have any of those issues🙁Sorry -

Question: I just saw that the description also says 2 hour battery life. Does this also run on battery and if so - where do you put them?

Answer: I don’t know what that is all about but the item is pretty nice. It is very different than most toys we use but one definitely worth having. -
Question: Will the lulu 7+ charge if the rubber bottom on the charging port comes out ?
Answer: That part is to keep it from getting water in it you’re supposed to push the charger through the very middle of it if you took that part off completely you’ve broken it.
