Question: Does this ice pack leak
Answer: I purchased the Gel Cold & Hot Pack - 11x14.5" Reusable Warm or Ice Pack for Injuries, Hip, Shoulder, Knee, Back Pain on 23 July 2020. I used it three times and it started to leak. I believe the company has a policy where they will replace it. I have yet to reach out to them. -
Question: How long does this ice pack stay cold?
Answer: At least an hour but it was still cold . Best ice pack I have owned. Other ice packs don't stay cold as long as this one. Very pleased 4 1/2 star -

Question: How thick is it?
Answer: It is about 17 or 18mm thick. This is very good quality and I would recommend it. The 3 sections make it easy to use. -
Question: The heading says it can be used for heat, but there is no other mention or directions. Can it be used as a heat pad by putting it in the microwave?
Answer: There are instructions printed directly on the bag for heating the pack up in either the microwave or warm water... -
Question: Is this big enough for a foot?
Answer: Its 11" x 14". Plenty big enough for your foot. It covers my whole lower back. Stays cold for a really long time too. -

Question: Is there a way to get this to heat evenly?
Answer: Since I live and travel in Florida where it gets in the 90's and 100's in summer, I really haven't had a problem with warming them. Instead just put in the freezer overnight and place in towels or covers for cooling. If it were in truly cold weather or I needed them warmed, I probably would wrap in a towel or cover and put in microwave for a minute...however there are instructions on package. Never leave a hot pack uncovered and unattended with a person or animal that cannot move themselves off of it, or are unable to monitor it. Otherwise, it's great to have them for aching back (warm) and summer heat (to cool). -
Question: Why is the size and shape of the product the seller shows is very different from customer photos?
Answer: They are showing the one for neck and shoulders. I purchased the 2-pack rectangular ones that are 11"x14.5" I am very satisfied with my ourchase.
