Question: What is precise converted amount to mg ?
Answer: It translates to 5 mg. Especially in the elderly, does of 4-5 mg are given routinely, while most physicians say 2.4 mg. for those under 65. The larger doses may be needed for better absorption, which can be a problem and many take much more than that by injection from their doctors. I leave it up to you to find further what you need because I have no idea whether you are under a doctor's care or taking this, as many of us do, on our own. I hope this helps. -

Question: Will this help hair grow faster
Answer: Hi, I am trying it out now, along with pumpkinseed oil tablets and vitamin D3, which I was deficient in. I also am using purad'or shampoo and conditioner. These were recommended to try by my NP. After about a month, it isn't so much that I see new hair growth, as I see a reduction of hair loss. I literally was walking around and could feel hair falling off of my head! I feel that it could really help my hair thinning. However, I don't know if it is any one of the above products, or the combination. The B-12 is also helpful for energy levels. You should try it for a couple of months and see if it helps. My dermatologist also stated that the D3 could help with hair loss. Not sure if it was helpful. Best Wishes. -
