Question: After use, can I rinse my sterling silver chains off with a clean wet rag? I don’t want to run my expensive silver chains under a sink.
Answer: The key is to get all the tarnish remover off the chain and thoroughly dry your chain. I have cleaned earrings and necklaces but I spend a lot of time making sure everything is completely dry. I put mine in a bowl of water and I have run them under a faucet. All of my things are fine. You just have to make sure everything is dry. -
Question: Can I use this on silver jewelry inlaid with turquoise or coral? Will it mar or loosen the stones?
Answer: This product can be used on gemstones and diamonds. However you should rinse and dry thoroughly after use. -

Answer: We would recommend purchasing a new product. -
Question: Can this product be used on gold plated 925 silver?
Answer: Weiman Silver Wipes clean, polish and shine silver and many other metals with ease and removes tarnish. This product polishes dull, discolored metal. We recommended using this on all silver including sterling silver, silver plate, jewelry & antique silver. Also excellent for gold, brass, copper & aluminum. Pre-test in an inconspicuous area before use. To use the product, wipe metal using a circular motion to clean and remove tarnish. Rinse with warm water then dry. Then, buff with a soft cloth to shine. -
Question: Can it be used on jewelry with cubic zirconia?
Answer: Yes, you can this product will be fine with Cubic Zirconia. Just be sure to rinse off with warm water after use. -
Question: Can this be used on german silver?
Answer: I understand German silver is nickel silver. Not sure if it would clean German silver. What I would do is buy it, try it on the German silver. If it does not work then use the wipes for other pieces. I think it will work. I love the product. It really cleans my silver pieces. -

Answer: ??? What is it made of? Okay it’s like a baby wipe for jewelry , it has the same ingredients that are in liquid tarnish removers but in wipe form , they work great , I sell jewelry so I polish every piece before I ship out . I recommend. Hope that helps . -
Question: I want to remove the antique finish on silver filigree. Can this remove it if I dig it into the dark lines?
Answer: This product is not harsh enough to remove that type of finish.
