      Answer: This is on the label. A polysaccharide is a carbohydrate. There is less than 1 gram.
    • Question: Mine did not come with a scoop. How should I do

      Answer: The scoop is fairly small, so it is probably buried under the powder. However, just in case it's 0.4 tsp.
    • Question: If i put this in my coffee, would i taste that it's in my coffee?

      Answer: Yes, but it’s not real strong. I usually add it to the last 1/4 cup as I finish my coffee.

    OK-tastes horrible
    Dont expect a tasty experience, but value is good. hard to tell if it really does anything, but it hasn't killed me...so thats kinda good ! Thats why I stuck with nutricost.

    less brain fog?
    It doesn’t taste horrible, is my brain sharper? I do think it’s helping, I haven’t experienced stomach problems, I thought that I would based on other reviews.

    Some deception here…
    I like the product, as I have in the past, and appreciate having the option of a bulk powder version of Lyon's main mushroom. What I'm not happy with is that the size of the container appears to be identical BUT it now contains less than it did in previous shipments I've received. As you can see from my side-by-side photo of the product, you used to get 500 servings in the container. Now, in spite of the size of the container appearing to be exactly the same — just with a different lid color — there are only 454 servings in it. This is because it previously included 500 g per container and now contains 1 pound per container, which is closer to 450 g. In other words, it appears they were trying to keep the price relatively unchanged by giving you less within the exact same container. To my thinking, that's deceptive. If they are giving me less, then they should make that clear by (a) changing the size of the container and (b) not trying to confuse people by switching from measuring by pounds to grams. Most people don't know how to convert these numbers in their heads — nor did I, but fortunately Alexa did know how to do that. Both of those actions appear deceptive to me. That's why I am rating it at 3 stars instead of 5 stars. Where I come from, honesty is considered a virtue, and nutricost is not being honest with this packaging and labeling.

    decent but tastes like rice
    has a nice soothing, almost sedative effect but also tastes like rice.. i read they grow this stuff on rice so gluten intolerant folk can't use.. but it also tastes like theres more substrate ground in this batch, than the last, unintentionally or as filler. good price, good product but imo consider another source

    Too gritty
    I would recommend getting the capsules over the powder. That is, of course, unless you don't mind eating sand. The vendor assured me that the grit is normal and safe to ingest.
