      Answer: Yes. Hot Compress: Place gel pad in microwave oven for 20 seconds. Increase by 5 seconds as required. Alleviate rheumatic pain, neural pain,sciatica,vertebral pain,improve mucous membrane scar after surgery.
    • Question: Is it OK to ice a hemorrhoid?

      Answer: Coming from a general surgeons assistant I recommend sitz baths- you can use epsom salt, sea salt, witch hazel, etc. Two to three times a day. If you need more relief you can always talk with your physician about prescribing you a lidocaine cream. But as always - consult your physician about what’s right for you and your body.
    • Question: What is a perineal cold pack used for?

      Answer: It is used for pain relief. It can be used for muscle aches or pain while recovering from surgery. I have also put one on my forehead to help with a migraine.
    • Question: Does this come with the bottle? It doesn't say in the description.

      Answer: Yes, it is. You will receive 2 peri bottle and 2 gel pack with 3 cover.
    • Question: Why do you need ice pads after birth?

      Answer: Helps with swelling especially if you had to get stitches from tearing.
    • Question: How long should I use a peri bottle after birth?

      Answer: So for the first few weeks after childbirth, your peri bottle will be your best friend. But don't settle for some hospital freebie or generic squirt bottle.
    • Question: How to use as hot pack ?

      Answer: you put warm water into a bowl and place the pack into the water without the fabric covering, then when it's heated enough place it back in the fabric sleeve and use as needed :)
    • Question: Is a bidet better than toilet paper?

      Answer: No
    • Question: Can I use peri bottle for everyday?

      Answer: You can continue using the peri bottle for as long as you like until you're healed, however, see your doctor if any pain persists beyond the first week.
