Question: Is the amount of sodium normal? Seems quite a bit.
Answer: I am not sure about the sodium value. But I know there values for kids over 4 are pretty low compared to other kids vitamins. Also the gummies themselves are very hard and not appropriate for kids younger the 4. My eldest child is 9 and doesn't like the taste at all. But my 4 year old does. I wouldn't recommend these. I think that there are better vitamin out there for kids. Hope that helps. -
