Answer: One sponge came with this mop....no refill. -
Question: Is this refill compatible with the ZNB mop?
Answer: No, starts to rip at the top after a few times. Total waste of my money. -
Question: Do the mop heads fit a libman mop?
Answer: No, the connection to the mop is specific to Yocada. The sponge connection to the mop is very thin and tends to break. The mop heads for Yocada are relatively expensive, so if you don't need them, I would suggest a sponge from a different vendor. Other than the sponges breaking, the mop heads clean well and the mop itself is well made. -
Question: Is this sponge mop good for finished hardwood floors too, as are some other sponge mops?
Answer: Top starts ripping a part after using a few times. Total was of my money. -
Question: How many sponge heads are included? Two are pictured but there is nothing in the description that says quantity.

Question: how do you get the mop head OFF to install another one???
Answer: I changed mine last night as a matter of fact. Pretty straight forward. Step 1. Extend handle as if ringing out mop . Step 2 when extended push release button marked by an arrow push button. Step 3 By pushing release button pull mop head to the right or left pull off mop head. You will see tab that you will slide new mop head into. I love this mop. -
Question: how to take out the old sponge head, do you slide it out or do you pull it out?
Answer: Slide it out. First depress the small button on the handle near the point where the sponge connects. When this is depressed, it will slide out easily.
