Answer: Aside from Alpha Brain Black Label (containing 25mg/serving of caffeine), all Onnit Products are caffeine and stimulant-free. While they should not flag any false positives on a drug test, we cannot guarantee there are not possible interactions with other vitamins or supplements the individual is currently taking.
