Question: The handle looks matte, or slightly rubberized. Is it a slick plastic, or a more "grippy" plastic?

Question: Will this brush turned back on after the two minutes without putting it back on the stand? I saw one review saying that it won’t turn back on.
Answer: Yes, the brush will turn back on after the two minutes are up. If you ever find the brush is needing to be re-charged to start up again, please contact our customer service team. -
Question: How long does the charcoal last in the bristles?
Answer: The charcoal is supposedly “infused” in the bristles. They say to replace the bristles every 3 months. I started noticing slight fading at the tips of the bristles around the 2 month mark. -
Question: How many brush heads does it come with?
Answer: If memory serves me, just one, but if you contact Burst, you can “subscribe” to having a new brush head mailed to you every so often. -
Question: Anyone else have issues with the brush head getting loose and not staying on while brushing?
Answer: No. But I have noticed my husband's brush head is not securely attached like mine. Hopefully that's not a start to this issue. -

Question: recently i bought a burst s electric toothbrush. i read instructions..was surprized to read that the batteries only last for one short month. why?
Answer: Hello!!! I can only say that my burst toothbrush is electric, had it for over 2 months and I plug it in every two days, because I like to keep it charged. I have no problem with mine, never had a problem with the batteries. Didn't even know it uses batteries.
