Question: Why does this product come with an internal applicator and provide directions for internal application when it also says for external use only?
Answer: I think the translation of the instructions could be off a bit and that the external use only warning is intended to mean not to take it orally. The instructions tell you to insert it to apply. -

Answer: It did mine and the pain reduced with each application. -

Question: Should it burn after application?
Answer: I did order the Hemorrhoid & Fissure Cream but what I received was the Hemorrhoid Ointment. I don't actually have fissures but wanted to try this preparation. Unfortunately they simply refilled my previous order. There was slight burning upon application which began to lessen immediately and was gone in a few seconds. The swelling began to go down after the first application and there was less then no burning at all after 1 or 2 applications. But I must say I applied the ointment after a BM so there was already burning from the BM. Perhaps if I applied the ointment before a BM there would be no burning. Sorry I can't be more exact. John -
Question: It says external use but comes with an applicator. Can this be used like a suppository?
Answer: The product usage instructions do say "external use only" but also show the applicator and say to insert to apply. I think the intention is to warn you not to take it internally as in orally. I have used it as instructed and it works great. -
Question: How long I can use it? Or is there a limited time period to use daily?
Answer: No specific time. I stopped using once symptoms were gone.
