Question: Does this work immediately for sleep or do you have to take it for a while to get the effects?
Answer: Great question! From other customers who have been using Valerian, generally, it takes about an hour or so for them to feel sleepy. Valerian causes a rise in GABA. It is not something you need to take every day to get an additive 'buildup' type of effect. Generally, you should feel sleepy within 2-3 hours at the most after taking the suggested serving size. You can also slightly increase the serving size if needed if no effects are being felt. -
Question: Where is the vegetable glycerin sourced from?
