Question: Where is the battery on this thing? Can’t find it for the life of me
Answer: The whole gray section in the front, just above the mop head, slides up. I had a hard time getting it to push up, and even pinched my finger. Definitely liked the battery placement on my old swiffer. -

Question: Can you refill the bottle with vinegar and water.
Answer: I saw this on YouTube. It worked for me. After removing boiling water from stovetop, place the top of empty solution canister in the hot water for 5 seconds. The top can be removed and refilled with solution (I use vinegar and water). -
Question: Can you use the dry cloths with it as well?

Question: I can't get the spray to work. It says not to remove the cap. How does it work?
Answer: Push the bottle in until you feel a bit of resistance and then glently push a bit farther until the bottle is connected. -

Question: Will this hold the standard pack of wet cleaning wipes?
Answer: Yes, I have used other swiffer wet pads. I have also wrapped a towel around the mop head. That works even better. The wood solution streaks my floor like crazy. You have to spray water on the floor with a spray bottle to dilute it so it won't streak, and just use a little of the solution -
