Two modes are available to cover a wide range of different applications in the fields of electronics, dental care, cosmetics, valuables, etc. The Dry & Clean mode combines fast drying by an efficient air blower and UV-C light for perfect hygiene at the beginning and end of the drying process. The Clean Mode starts the UV-C light in order to achieve a fast hygiene even with multiple applications. Both modes will charge your hearing aids at the same time from a single power outlet. The patented dry box for rechargeable hearing aids dry-cap uv as a cap enables drying, hygienic cleansing and charging of rechargeable hearing aids at the same time. |

Question: Is there a heater built in or just the phone and light. How hot does the hearing aid get?
Answer: There is not a heater, therefore the hearing aids should not heat up. It uses a fan and a UV germicidal light. There is not a phone attached to this in any way. -
Question: What size is this item?
Answer: The item measures 5 inches x 5 inches. The cord from the unit is only 38 inches. For my use it needed to be longer. Would fit if the unit sits on a nightstand. Had to use an extension to use on my dresser. Otherwise, it works very well. -
Question: How does the charger get plugged in so it's charging overnight while the dehumidifier is working?
Answer: It plugs into a regular US wall outlet. The cord runs under the slots at the bottom of the lid. The lid has a separate cord that connects on the outside. The dehumidifier works by circulating room air via a fan, it does not desiccate air, hence the lid does not need to be sealed. -

Question: Can this be used on an octicon more 1?
Answer: I have rechargeable Resound One 9s and the charger fits in it with the lid open. This dryer is supposed to be safe for all rechargeable HAs. The dimensions of it are almost 4” high by almost 5” square. Hope this helps. -
Question: how does this dehumidify the aides?
Answer: This typically is used for rechargeable hearing aids. you can place the dome (which has a fan) over the whole charger with the aid, so you can charge and dry at the same time. Works exceptionally well. Also can get the one with the UV light
