First, I would like to say that I am a female woman, but obviously jock itch happens to anyone so everyone should read this review. Oh my gosh, I was up against the worst jock itch to ever grace my 28 year old nether regions. I bought this bundle of cream and went through almost all of it in an effort to get rid of the damn itch that began to spread to thighs. 1 and a half weeks later and I was cured! Oh the relief! I was so disgusted, let me tell you. For those unfortunate souls who are in the same boat, here is what I did - I bought witches hazel, this 1% clotrimazole cream, microfiber clothes and Kroger Medicated Jock Itch Spray (the 2% miconazole nitrate is what is needed). After showering, apply the witches hazel to a microfiber cloth- this is because it is an astringent that stops any possible bleeding, and also dries the area. Next apply the spray and then the cream (sometimes I applied cream and then spray, up to you on how you want to do it). Do this several times throughout the day. Not just once, not just twice, but whenever you feel you need to apply more. Do this for however long it takes and the jock itch WILL die. If, for some reason, it gets worse then ofcourse see a doctor, but I defeated this nightmare by doing the above on my own.

I use this product to keep down jock itch and fungus. I used to be able to find it at my local 99cent store, but no longer. I am very happy I can buy here in bulk at a great price.
