To briefly explain, we designed the product this way for two reasons. Each box holds matching sets of cups and lids to ensure the lids will fit perfectly with our cups. This prevents our customers from going through the trouble of looking for lids and potentially purchasing the wrong-sized lids. I hope you understand our intention to simplify the shopping experience.
    • Question: Are these microwave-safe?

      Answer: Dear C.C, Thank you for your question - our cups are heat resistant up to boiling temperature, however. due to the thin layer of coating inside we do not recommend microwaving the cups, it will be safer to heat up the liquid and pour into the cup separately.
