Question: Do these go under your pads? Where do you place them?
Answer: They go on top of the pads. They come with little covers that are washable. So the covers plus the pad will catch any leaks. -
Question: What is the width of the gel pad?

Question: Can I just leave them in the freezer for weeks or so till I’m ready to use them?
Answer: That’s what I’ve done with them. Other ice packs similar tell you to leave them in there to prolong them. So far, so good! -
Question: Does this come with the little squirt bottle?
Answer: No it does not come with a squirt bottle. The only thing you receive is the ice packs and the covers to put the ice packs inside. -
Question: how would you wash these?
Answer: You can wash the little black bags they come in for sure. But perhaps even the gel packets by hand that is. Haven’t tried washing those!
