Question: The light went out on my glasses. How can I get a replacement bulb?
Answer: My led lights flickered and went out. Where do I purchase the replacement bulb? I purchased these June 9th... -
Question: Is it a faulty battery or a faulty bulb if the light doesn't turn on and the charging light stays red? I've had these 3 months.
Answer: Mine lasted just over 2 months. Will no longer hold a charge. If i plug into a power source light will work. But otherwise the charging light stays on for days. But zero charge when unplugged -

Answer: Yes it is but if you do crafts, this is what you need! -
Question: The rechargeable headband how long does it stay charged for??
Answer: My battery has not yet run out. The good thing is that letting the headband rest for long intervals will not damage the battery.Here is another thing: When the lens is flipped down, it often rests on my nose, leaving a red line. Today I filed the nose area deeper (higher up so the lens does not touch the nose). MUCH BETTER! On the headband, I miss a less slippery surface at the back so it does not so easily slide forward an d pushes the lens down and out of position. With all these shortcomings I think this is a great product that can be adjusted as described here. -
Question: Is there a way to order just replacement lenses of lenses get damaged?
Answer: I haven't seen any!!! The lenses are pretty heavy duty would take a lot to damage them -
Question: Can you flip the glasses up?
Answer: No.. they have to be put taken on and off but have four sets of magnification so you can see the tv or other things without taking them off. -
Question: Want to know how long i can expect the charge to last other rechargeable headband usb
Answer: so far its lasted almost 2 hour -
Question: where do you buy the led lights? I purchased 6/9/2020 and one light flickered for a while and now is not working...
Answer: am led is a light emitting diode. they are usually wired to a board with solder. do not think you can replace these. -
Question: is there a holder for the glasses included or can you buy one
Answer: There is no holder included for these glasses. I am not sure if you can buy one. -
Question: can you move the lights up or down ?
Answer: The light is not adjustable it shines where you look. If is very bright and the field of vision is large enough To see anything I’ve needed so far.
