Answer: Hey Amanda, To help clarify, whilst the natural biscuit flavour blend is the proprietary information of our contract manufacturer’s supplier, we can assure you that the flavour is created using natural enzymatic and/or microbiological processes from the material of origin. To simplify this, the term “natural flavour” means that the natural product has been used to create the flavour i.e. the vanilla bean is the original ingredient used to create natural vanilla flavour. It does not mean that it is just the vanilla or fruit juice, etc. freeze dried into a powder. There is not enough intensity to make enough of an impact in the flavoured products that we so often enjoy. Therefore the flavour needs to be extracted from the fruit or plant, and concentrated into a liquid form. We, like all brands, purchase our flavours from specialty flavour houses. But we do our best to select flavour houses that uphold the highest quality of production and produce clean, natural flavours. In order to create a “natural biscuit flavour,” this simply means that a variation of natural flavours have been blended together to mimic what we would expect a biscuit to taste like. For example, the supplier will have used various natural flavours such as vanilla (vanilla bean), and chocolate (cacao) to mimic the biscuit taste sensation. We often have enquiries from people with extreme digestive sensitivities who need to know the exact makeup of flavours and whilst flavour houses are naturally very protective of their production processes (as it is their Intellectual Property), they do need to disclose what is actually in the “recipe” so I hope the above has helped answer your question. We ensure the safety and efficacy of our products by independently testing every batch for gluten, and quarterly testing for dairy, soy, heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides. These are all finished product tests which are in addition to the test results we receive from our supplier. We believe in a planet thriving on plant based nutrition, and it is of utmost importance to us that we make a product that is safe for everyone. No chemicals or artificial substances are added to our products. -

Question: Is there collagen in this product? Looking for the replacement for my collagen powder.

Question: Pls. clarify the sodium amount. By zooming in on that picture it seems like 330mg/serving? This would be a lot!
Answer: It actually says 380mg for 17% on my Cookies & Cream flavor. Also, it's very chalky and not that great. I wouldn't recommend it. -
Question: Any recommended recipes to try out with this?
Answer: I have used the recipe on the jar. It’s actually really good. I don’t usually like protein shakes or recipes but, I decided to try it and the smoothie was delicious! I have it almost every morning and it keeps me full.
