Question: Are these quieter in the case than the case the dentists give you?
Answer: This is the same style of case that comes with your Welcome Kit when you start Invisalign Treatment. The dimensions of the case are 3¾” diameter x ¾” high. When storing your aligners/retainers, interlock the arches to ensure that the aligners/retainers are not stacked on top of each other when you attempt to close the case. -
Question: What color is the inside of the lime green and purple cases?
Answer: The lime green case has a light gray interior, and the purple case has a yellow interior. -
Question: What color is the blue case on the inside? Curious, since other colored ones appear to have a contrasting color for the interior.
Answer: The royal blue carrying case has a light gray interior. -
Question: Can I use this case for my retainers I received after my treatment?
Answer: This case can be used by aligners or retainers manufactured by Align Technology. We cannot guarantee that it will fit retainers or aligners obtained from other manufacturers. -
Question: How do you wash these cases? Are they dishwasher safe? I tried washing them with soap and an old electric toothbrush and it still smells pretty bad.
Answer: We recommend cleaning the case with a light brushing using a soft-bristled brush. Rinse the case thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry it completely before using it for storage. Do not run the case through the dishwasher.
