    • Question: How many can you take in 24 hours?

      Answer: I only take 2 a day, because I am also doing intermittent eating. ( I go 16 hours without eating, then eat keto foods only within the next 8) I have easily lost between 18-20 lbs since my purchase. I am in ketosis.

    No Keto leg cramps
    This is my second time on the keto diet, and I learned from the first time, that electrolytes are very important. The first time I through the keto plan, the leg cramping was horrific, and because I was using electrolyte drops, I would not be very consistent with them. With the pills, I can leave them at my desk, and just take them once in the morning. I have not had one single leg cramp, so I know they are working.

    Effective Keto Supplement
    I’ve been keto for over four years and have taken these capsules for the past year. I take two in the morning usually without food. As a triathlete I absolutely need them for electrolyte balance and avoiding muscle cramps. On extensive training days, 3+ hours of swimming, cycling and running, I take a third capsule in the evening. I am cramp free and feel great. Previously, I experienced massive leg and stomach cramps. I also carry additional capsules in my bike bento box if I start to feel an electrolyte low coming on.

    The solution for my nightly leg cramps
    Wish I would have found these years ago! I was having nightly leg cramps. Was taking many supplements. Tried so many things. These electrolytes are the solution. I take 1 in the am, and 2 in pm. NO MORE CRAMPS. Working for my husband , too.
