    • Question: For how long they need to be on the microwave and what color should they be?

      Answer: Take the disc out of the humidifier and microwave for 30 secs. They should turn greenish. If not all change color, then microwave for another 15 sec. If they are still not changing, you need a new one. You can buy a replacement though mine has lasted for a very long time even after microwaving several times!
    • Question: does this fit inside the Phonak charger?

      Answer: It fits inside the Resound hearing aid drier. I am not sure about Phonak?
    • Question: How long will 2nd & 3rd pillows keep (while using the first)? I know each can last a couple yrs. Are they less effective by the time they're used?

      Answer: Idk how long they last I get mine automatic now from a company they send two every month. For me after a few weeks they get uncomfortable and hard to sea
    • Question: Is the liberty cleaning cloth for cleaning my hearing aids?

      Answer: The Liberty Cleaning Cloth can be helpful for cleaning your hearing aids. These dehumidifier refill desiccants are a great tool combined with the cleaning cloth for your hearing aids.

    Handy Way to buy Refills
    I live in a small town, and so shopping often means a long trip. It is so handy to be able to to get refills by mail!

    Hearing aide dryer
    I've ordered this before and really wanted the smaller ones. They are hard to open and fill into the smaller unit. I'll remember this for next time but that could be years down the road.
