Question: What else from lemishine line should you use on a regular dishwashing cycle in the dishwasher receptacle and other receptacle when dishwashing?
Answer: I use a dish detergent booster from Lemishine along with the regular dish detergent. This helps a lot if you have hard water like I do. It helps keep the glassware shiny and free of mineral build-up. I just put it into the prewash section along with my detergent and turn the dishwasher on and walaah...sprarkling dishes and glasses. -
Question: Seller: are the pods compatible with high-efficiency washers? Plumber said pods have too much soap for HE washers

Answer: Yes. It's all natural ingredients so there would be no harm to anything or anybody. -
Question: Can we open the pods and put the powder into the cup on door of dishwasher? I don't want the plastic (of the pod) to build up (over time)
Answer: It is a two step gel pod. I don’t believe the shell is plastic, it’s supposed to be biodegradable. Since it is a two step, it won’t work as intended if you open the pod. -
Question: Is Lemi Shine recommended for use in all new dish washers, even if the manufacturer recommend a different brand?
Answer: I don’t know about use in different brands. I have hard water and Lemmi shine works for me. My glasses come out clear. I have used it since we purchased the Kenmore dishwasher. I use the pods & the booster which is a powder. -
Question: I got some powder on my black shirt from one of the pods, in the morning my shirt was bleached in that spot, what do these contain that would bleach?
Answer: I looked at the ingredients on the bag. It does not contain bleach but it does contain "bleaching agents" as it says that using the product will get rid of coffee and tea stains from cups. So when you got the product on your clothes, it did "bleach" the item. I would be careful next time when using the product. Keep it away from your clothes. -
Question: why did this cause a part of my dishwasher to break off when I put the pod and gel in the receptacle?
Answer: I don't think the pod had anything to do with your problem. Why would it? It is obviously a malfunction of that part of your dishwasher. I've been using these pods for quite awhile and nothing like that has occurred for me. You shouldn't have to stuff the pods into the receptacle or put any pressure on that area. It sounds like a problem that you need to contact the dishwasher manufacturer with. -
Question: Anyone had luck with these that had other pods used that wouldn’t dissolve for them?
Answer: Hi! Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the detergent did not wholly dissolve; that is not the experience you should have had. Our experience is that if the pod does not fall to the bottom of the dishwasher at the beginning of the primary wash cycle, then it is not exposed to the water long enough to dissolve. Try placing the pod at the bottom of the dishwasher instead of the container. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and would like the opportunity to make it right.
