    • Question: What are they made of?

      Answer: The Micro Rounds are made of medical grade silicone, super cleanable and hypoallergenic :)
    • Question: Do they vibrate?

      Answer: They don't vibrate ;).....And they're about the size of a marble.
    • Question: are they bouncy?

      Answer: They certainly can be! They are not super bouncy like an actual bouncy ball, but yes there's a little bounce to them ;)
    • Question: Would it be safe to saw one in half and glue it to the sole of some slippers or shoes? I have a particular problem spot I need continuous pressure

      Answer: I’m not sure if that would work. If you wanted the benefit of the round side of the rad ball against your foot, wouldn’t you need to glue it to the inside of your shoe? They have another product that you stand on that and is essentially what you’re looking for. Take a closer look at their site.

    Great for the feet
    Great - perfect amount of give to these little guys - you get three so you can give one to a loved one. Worth the premium.

    Small but mighty good for the muscles!
    As someone who suffers from chronic TMJ I've spent time looking up any product or remedy that could help lessen the pain. After starting PT I found that working the muscles around my jaw has significantly helped reduce flares. At first I started with a tennis ball but I found it was too big to really get in and trigger the specific spot I wanted so I was thrilled when I found these little micro rounds made for exactly that. Ill start off my saying I really liked the instructions as it came with some new techniques and the firmness itself was just right. It has just a little give to enough so it doesn't feel like your drilling a rock into your skull. I really can't think of many negatives, they were a tad bit smaller than I expected and sometimes its hard to get a good grip to roll it. But overall its the best ball I've found so far for my jaw.

    I have really liked using the micro massage tools on my feet. They make a world of difference.

    These really hep with rubbing out aches, pains & stiffness in hands, feet, shins, forearms and face.
