Question: Hello, the top portion of the holder (ring) came off. How do I put it back on?

Question: can you identify which measurements you are referring to ie...which is Ht, which is width,etc?
Answer: The height is just over 6" tall and the width is about 3.5" but the top ring can expand to hold larger mugs and cups. There are two settings for the height, the taller setting is about 5.5" from the bottom ring to the top ring and the lower setting is about 3.5" from the bottom ring to the upper ring. -
Question: I need a copy of the user guide. Where can I find one online?

Question: Is this work for car’s 2nd row Captain's Chairs arm rest?
Answer: Great question! It is not designed to work inside a car and the strap wouldn't be long enough to wrap around the arm rest. This cup holder is intended to be attached to wheelchairs, walkers, rolling walkers, scooters or strollers. Hope that helps! -

Answer: There are two height settings so the Mobility Cup Holder can hold short coffee mugs and soda cans as well as tall water bottles and flasks. The top ring expands and can hold up to 3.5" in diameter -

Answer: Great question! We measured it again today to double check and it’s 3” on the inside diameter of the bottom ring that folds out. We hope this helps! -
Question: Will it hold a 30 metal hot/cold metal cup?
Answer: Thank you for your question! We are not sure if the 30 is meant for 30 oz but this cup holder's top ring will stretch out and expand to hold up to 3.5" in diameter for a flask or metal tumbler. The bottom ring only fits up to 2.9" in diameter, but anything larger will just rest on top of it. Hope this helps! -
Question: I’m unable to secure the strap seem too short ..any suggestions???
Answer: Thank you for your question, Arlene! The strap is designed to stretch, but may take a little extra pulling with our new stronger straps. They wrap around a round surface area of up to 1.25" in diameter, anything larger than that will have trouble. We suggest finding a friend with strong hands who can stretch the strap and secure it on the last hole for you, once secured you shouldn't have to remove or adjust it again. Hope this helps!
