Question: can I open the capsule?
Answer: It is easier to bite the capsule rather than pry it open. They are really stuck well together and if you manage to pry it open, the liquid will get all over your fingers but it is easy to just bite the capsule in your mouth and the liquid will easily squirt out in your mouth. Then you can spit out the capsule. -
Question: Does it have soy (Vitamin E source please)?
Answer: No, our products are soy free. Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Kosher, Vegan & Paleo Friendly No Citric Acid and No Gelatin -
Question: how many grams of fat per pill?
Answer: The amount of fat is minimal, it is too small to register otherwise it would be listed on the label. -
Question: How are these supplements tested for purity?
Answer: Our vitamins are sent off for 3rd party testing. We will be happy to provide you with our COA if you would like. -
Question: This is different than the last bottle i purchased. why am i burping fish taste, when there’s no fish in it ??
Answer: Our Vegan EPA DHA supplement is made with algae, which is what you are probably tasting, not fish. You definitely have the right product, although it is 100% vegan. You may want to refrigerate the product, which sometimes helps with the burping or aftertaste. You may also try taking it at different times of the day, with or without food, and find that works. -
Question: How many milligrams of omega per capsule?
Answer: Vimergy Vegan EPA DHA contains 163mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 326mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and is also high in the antioxidant vitamin E. Every serving, which is equivalent to 3 capsules contains 163mg of EPA and 326mg of DHA. -
Question: Does it have iodine in it?
Answer: There is no iodine in the Vegan EPA DHA -
Question: Count your capsules. There was definitely not 90 in my last bottle. Has anyone else experienced this?
Answer: QC on these are fairly abysmal. I didn't bother to count, but the fill level on my capsules were all over the place. Half of them were less than half full. -
Question: does the algae have any lead in it?
Answer: We third-party test all of our products to ensure they are safe and don't contain anything harmful. All of Vimergy products are deemed safe. There shouldn't be any concern of lead in our products.
