      Answer: The bottoms of the pads are somewhat sticky. I can’t say for sure that they won’t slip without a heel to help hold it in place.

    Good for overpronation
    I have overpronation and these insoles have really helped correct my gait. They are comfortable and provide good support. My feet feel much better when wearing them.

    Perfect for running
    As a runner with supination issues, these insoles have been a lifesaver. They provide the perfect amount of cushioning and support to keep my feet comfortable during runs. Highly recommend for all runners!

    Effective for heel pain
    I have been suffering from heel pain due to overpronation, but these insoles have really helped alleviate the pain. They provide good arch support and cushioning. Definitely worth trying if you have similar foot issues.

    The adhesive doesn't hold the insole in place. I will try some Super Glue.

    I do like these they work well, but the adhesion needs some work. They keep falling out.
