    • Question: I just received this product. Reading the instructions, it sounds like the battery can never be replaced. How long can i expect the battery to last?

      Answer: I have the older model since 2019 (4 years) and still works like new, one charge lasts for about a month
    • Question: Can the main charging station get separated?

      Answer: No. They are linked together by the UV cleaning chamber. This is a one piece unit.
    • Question: It says in the manual that the toothbrush heads have identifying rings, but they are all the same, anyone know what those are?

      Answer: They are colored black for the black toothbrush & white for the white toothbrush.
    • Question: Is there a major difference in functionality between the duo and duo pro besides the UV cleaning and two additional modes?

      Answer: No there’s not with the functionality of the tooth brush. The Duo pro has the UV sanitizer light. That’s the only difference.
    • Question: Does this have dual voltage?

      Answer: Yes, although the unit itself does not come with a plug adapter, the charging base supports from 110V-240V so you would not need a voltage adapter at least.
    • Question: Is it possible to buy replacement parts? The uv light stopped working

      Answer: My uv light stopped working also! I am trying to find a replacement bulb.

    BEST!!!!!!
    Took this on a month long vacation and never had to plug it in! I brush my teeth at least 2 times a day and I LOVE how clean this gets my teeth! I love all the different functions as well as the UV sterilizing component!

    A toothbrush for you & your partner, friend OR even your dog!!
    The media could not be loaded.  I decided to purchase this toothbrush because I scrolled through the pics and seen what I hoped was two electric tooth brushes (maybe they were just trying to show me it I’d available in black and white as they often do) It really does come with two! This thing is very powerful and I do notice my teeth feel SO clean and I do notice them whiter. I appreciate the extra brushes and the travel case is super nice It has 4 speeds as promised and they all kinda make a girl feel like she’s putting a 120 wall plug in vibrator into her mouth but damn my mouth feels clean! It does kinda do this weird thing where it temporarily kinda stalls out for a sec but I think I hav this in the video… just a minor glitch because I think this product is on point.

    Very good product
    The feature we like the most is the sanitizing of the brushes. The brushes hold a good charge for far. Good product recommend purchasing.

    Expensive feel at a cheap price point
    Great find. I really like that this allows for the toothbrushes to be kept together. The brushes have different options as well as provide a pulse when it’s time to move to a different area. It does have a UV light to clean the brush heads and the charge lasts for days. Also the travel cases were great to have. Holding up great.

    cleans teeth well
    Great toothbrush. Just went to the dentist for a cleaning and there was hardly any tarter for the dental hygienist to scrape off. Makes your teeth feel really polished. Love it.

    Great for small counter space
    I purchased two of these and had to exchange one due to the light not coming on. The replacement worked fine. I was suspicious that one that didn't work was possibly returned since the packaging was not sealed. Nevertheless, my entire family is happy with their new toothbrushes. We prefer the smaller head and softer brush, which this provides.
