    • Question: how long does it stay frozen/cold?

      Answer: This stays extremely cold for well over 30 minutes. I have had it on my knee for an hour and it is still cold.
    • Question: Do you get one or two ice pack holders?

      Answer: One holder but two ice packs. Works great.
    • Question: How do you wrap it around your shoulders or upper neck?

      Answer: It is just one single wrap, so it will wrap around the neck, but not long enough for my shoulders.
    • Question: Can i leave in the freezer

      Answer: I have left the pack in the freezer without issue thus far.
    • Question: Does the cover contain any latex?

      Answer: I would say that since the sleeve is fabric on both sides and there is no mention of ‘latex’ that the sleeve is latex free.
    • Question: How long do these stay hot?

      Answer: Don't know have not tried them hot just cold after my surgery and they are great

    • Question: Does anyone know the life of this compress. Had other brands in past, the gel material dissolves and cannot hold cold/heat?

      Answer: This lasted 3 1/2 months for me. And then a little area ruptured and the gel came out. I only used it for cold.
    • Question: how many ounces in each pak? looking at airline regulations for 3.5 ozof liquid in carry on.

      Answer: It doesn’t list the amount of liquid in each pack. But because they are hermetically sealed and not oversized the packs should be safe.
    • Question: Do these packs have a cloth-like cover or are they plastic? Thanks

      Answer: They so have cloth like cover. No leaking whatsoever. You will like it. I love it

    These do not stay as cold as I hoped

    Stays cold, secures well.
    I used this to treat runner’s knee. The gel packs fit into the sleeve nicely, even both gel packs at once, and the long strap and strong velcro keeps the pad secure.

    Amazing Relief!
    My husband’s back has been aching and experiencing spasms and has had to come come from work to ice it. He loves this! He can wear to wear it to work and in his truck and walk around with it. Until we figure out what we can do about his back medically, this is a life saver. He loves it! It gives him the relief he needs.

    Don't microwave
    These are awesome, but if you microwave them they explode.

    Sturdy
    Well made, strap has velcro to help keep in place and I use one for hot and the other is in the fridge for cold.

    Hot and cold relief
    The best part about this product is that it can be used as a ice pack and heat pack. I’ve used them both ways and they have provided great relief from muscle soreness and aches. It can also be used in multiple areas of your body like your knees, ankles, wrist, elbows, and back.
