Question: Does this product contain creatine?
Answer: We mention a number of places in the listing and on the product that there are only three ingredients. Creatine is not one of the ingredients. -
Question: Where is the 35g out of 54g of "added" sugar coming from? i don't see any ingredients that would reflect that.
Answer: I’m guessing the 37g of added sugar is from the coconut sugar in the ingredient -
Question: How the hell do you open the top? I’m putting full strength into trying to twist it and it doesn’t budge. Already removed plastic seal
Answer: For what it's worth, I did eventually get it open with that screwdriver. The trick is shoving it up from the lip to the top of the lid on the inside and running it around the entire lid on a circle. It opened easily after that, it seems there's some kind of glue under the lid. -
Question: Aren’t there any smaller sizes so we can try it before investing a bunch on something that we may not like

Question: Where is all the sugar coming from in the unflavored vegan powder? It has three ingredients listed, so I am curious where the 24g of sugar comes from?
Answer: That’s a good question the manufacturer may be able to better answer that. I’d like to know as well. I’ve order this 3 times and have been using it for 3 months. Looking at the amount of sugar it contains explains this last bit of jelly I haven’t been able to burn. -
Question: Is this really 1,230 Calories for 50g protein? That's 5-10x higher compared to other powders, even ones with sugar. That's half your daily calories.
Answer: Hello; I have been using this powder for a while now (5 Months) and I do not see any weight gain, and that was the purpose of my purchase. I am still using this but I have reached out to the seller for answers for the last 3 months with no response. I have not seen any gains yet. -
Question: Bought 2 months ago, never opened. Has brown specks in it now.. what is it??
