    • Question: Use directions? there are 3 colored chemicals in a bag? Do they dissolve from bag or do you cut the bag?

      Answer: Just add the tricolor bag to the soap dispenser and close it up, turn it on and your dishes will be clean when it is done. Never cut open the bag, it dissolves.
    • Question: Can I purchase this locally

      Answer: Some stores carry it, target does occasionally. They have plain (not lemon scent) available at most stores, it's just the lemon that is hard to find locally.
    • Question: Does it work on barbecue grill grates?

      Answer: Our Finish Quantum is safe for all the items which are dishwasher safe, and is only to be used per the label instructions. We do not recommend usage on BBQ grill grates.
    • Question: Are Finish Quantum safe for Correlle dishes?

      Answer: This product seems to be safe for Corelle dishes and anything else I put in there including plastic. But as you probably know over time dishwasher detergent does take a toll on the Finish of silverware and glass.

    It is excellent
    Used to work for the company that mfr this. Is good stuff, especially when getting it at the company store for a really low price :) I always got the baking soda/fresh scent version and preferred it. Supposedly DW with citrus causes rust on modern SS cutlery (chinese SS) most of my cutlery is older japanese SS which is of higher quality and not prone to rusting. Also, I did like the baking soda/fresh scent. I don't work for company any more, have to pay retail and it isn't cheap but it is convenient, gets the job done, And cannot detect any lemony or citrusy smell.

    The Quantum is the only thing that seems to get the dishes clean.
    Some years ago it seemed our dishes stopped being as clean as they once were. I searched and found that this was likely caused by phosphates no longer being allowed in dish detergent. Since then it seems that only the Cascades with "Quantum" are the only things that seem to get our dishes clean.

    It's better than the regular product
    Yes. It's very good. I was surprised to see that I did way better than the regular Finish. It's a great value and better than more expensive brands; in my opinion.

    Holds up against any other type
    These pods are effective at cleaning; i've noticed no difference vs. my usual Cascade brand. No noticeable residue.
