    It says in the body for 24 hours. This is only Micro-C that does this.
    This Micro-C, is the best out there. If you open the cap and mix with warm water honey and half of a squeezed orange. It taste awesome.

    Vimergy is the best
    Vimergy is a quality brand that you can depend on. The vitamin c costs more then most but its the only one that doesn't upset my stomach and its a big bottle of 180 capsules.
